Terms of Execution

By accessing and using the Netora platform, you agree to these terms of service. Netora Inc. reserves the right to update these terms with prior notification to users.

1. Service Description

Netora provides operational intelligence software for energy and industrial companies, including E&P analytics, drilling operations management, supply chain automation, and industrial ERP platform.

2. License of Use

Netora grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform according to the terms of the service agreement executed between the parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All technology, algorithms, interfaces, and methodologies of the Netora platform are the exclusive property of Netora Inc. The client retains ownership of their operational data.

4. Limitation of Liability

Netora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Netora's maximum liability shall be limited to amounts paid by the client in the 12 months prior to the incident.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
